At Impressions Online Boutique, we love seeing how you style your favorite pieces! By sharing your photos or videos and tagging #MyImpressionsStyle or responding with #shopimpressionsshare, you help us celebrate our community and inspire others.

Please review the terms below before participating.

1. Grant of Permission

By tagging your content with #MyImpressionsStyle or responding #shopimpressionsshare to our request, you grant Impressions Online Boutique (“Impressions”) a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, display, distribute, and create derivative works from your submitted content in any format.

This includes, but is not limited to:

Social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest)

Our website and e-commerce pages

Email marketing and SMS

Digital advertising and promotional materials

In-store or packaging materials

2. Ownership & Credit

You retain ownership of your original content. When possible, Impressions will credit your social media handle when sharing your content.

3. Content Requirements

By participating, you confirm that:

• You are the original creator of the content
• You have the right to grant Impressions permission to use the content
• Any individuals featured in your content have given consent to be photographed or filmed
• The content does not infringe on any third-party rights, including copyright, privacy, or publicity rights

4. Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or legal guardian, to participate.

5. Content Guidelines

Content submitted must not contain:

Offensive, abusive, or inappropriate material

False, misleading, or defamatory content

Content unrelated to Impressions products

Impressions reserves the right to refuse or remove any content at its discretion.

6. No Compensation

Participation is voluntary. You understand and agree that you will not receive payment, compensation, or royalties for the use of your content unless otherwise agreed to in writing.

7. Opt-Out & Removal Requests

If you change your mind and would like your content removed from Impressions’ platforms, please contact us at hello@shopimpressions.com. While we will make reasonable efforts to remove content from future use, previously published materials may not be immediately removable.

8. Limitation of Liability

Impressions is not responsible for any claims, damages, or disputes arising from the use of user-generated content in accordance with these terms.

9. Modifications

Impressions reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes will be posted on this page.
